Meet The Team

Brett is a customer-focused executive who works closely with his team members and often takes a hands-on role in project execution. He blends strong business skills with deep technology expertise, allowing him to bridge the often insurmountable gap between business and IT. By mastering both domains, Brett can quickly conceive and operationalize new solutions that are technically elegant and commercially successful. Brett graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering in 1998.

Clayton is on a lifelong quest to learn everything, not just what it takes to build stellar software and even better software teams. When he isn't programming, Clayton enjoys playing bass, language learning, cooking, and reading about history and economics.

Paul received a Computer Science degree from SMU and has been with BHW since 2012. He works as a product and account manager on many of BHW’s largest projects. Paul collaborates with our talented team to deliver consistent and exceptional work for our clients.

Ryan is a talented product designer with a diverse background in graphic design, marketing, and fine art. He earned his BFA in painting from the University of North Texas and boasts over 15 years of experience working with various clients. Based in sunny San Diego, Ryan enjoys soaking up the California rays, spending time with his Boston terrier, Olive, hunting for treasures at estate sales, and has recently embarked on a journey to learn 3D printing and modeling.

Ray helps guide software projects from concept through implementation. He is passionate about designing scalable solutions that balance technical excellence with practical business needs.

Jason came to Texas (A&M) for graduate school after finishing undergraduate work at Penn State and has been with BHW since 2007. He is responsible for account management and developing solutions over a range of software development technologies. He is a father of two and enjoys fly fishing, playing guitar, singing in his church choir, and woodworking.

After earning his Computer Science degree from UT Austin in 2014 and taking a brief detour into the games industry, Kevin joined BHW in 2015. He has worked for BHW on a variety of projects as a full stack web and mobile developer. In recent years he's shifted his focus to mostly backend work. Outside of work he enjoys playing the piano and improving his German.

Taylor studied computer science at the University of Texas at Austin and has been working as a software developer at BHW since 2017. He loves the challenge of starting a new project from scratch and the opportunities to refine and implement best practices. At home, Taylor dabbles in bicycling, reading, gongfu tea, and enjoys remaining about 5 years behind the times in videogames and TV shows.

Gokul received a Computer Science degree from UT Austin. He has been with BHW since 2022 working as a full stack developer. Outside of work, Gokul spends his time rock climbing, cooking and obsessing over the Green Bay Packers.

Eileen graduated from UT Austin with degrees in Business Honors and Plan II Honors. Since joining BHW in 2020, she has worked as a project and product manager with BHW’s clients across a variety of industries. Eileen enjoys weaving the efforts of our dedicated development and design teams together to form wonderfully functional and pleasing applications for our clients. Outside of work, Eileen moonlights as a local DJ and can be found savoring their way through Austin's food and coffee scene.

Melissa received an Economics degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She works as a Project Manager dedicated to quality and user experience. From design and execution to testing and final polish, she brings structure to complex projects while ensuring every detail meets user and business expectations. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, board games with friends, and walking her corgi mix, Jake.

Story has a masters degree in Computer Science from SMU and has been happily working for The BHW Group since 2017. She loves all the new things she still gets to learn every day working at BHW. Outside of work, Story spends her time juggling her two dogs and four cats, playing boardgames, and listening to the newest (and oldest) musicals.

Danh graduated from SMU with a masters degree in Computer Science. Since joining in 2017, he has enjoyed the various projects and social activities BHW has to offer. Outside of work, Danh can be found exploring the Austin food and coffee scene, hanging out with his dog, or planning his next trip.

Kyra graduated from SMU in 2020 with a BA in Computer Science and Art and has been working with BHW ever since. While she enjoys traveling, drawing, and playing DnD, she most often finds herself trying to convince random cute dogs and cats that they love her as much as she loves them.

Daksh graduated from Penn with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He is passionate about his role at BHW, where he enjoys the unique opportunity to work on both backend and frontend projects, allowing him to witness the direct impact of his efforts. Outside of the office, Daksh is an avid Formula 1 enthusiast, a sim racer and likes to experiment with specialty coffee.

An avid automotive enthusiast who likes staying fit and playing competitive video games, Michael began developing mobile applications in high school and has continued to learn new skills through personal projects. He is an Austin native and earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Zac worked with BHW as an intern for two summers before graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 2021, and has been with BHW ever since. He enjoys playing his trumpet at Austin FC games with La Murga de Austin, tackling overly complex board games with friends, and making sure his lists always have three things in them.

Abrar Graduated from UTD with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science. He loves working on all of the cool projects at BHW and enjoys the challenges that they bring. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym and playing various sports with his friends and colleagues. He is also an avid One Piece fan and loves playing video games.

Andrew is an Austin native who graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S.E. in Computer Science and joined the BHW team in 2025. He works across both frontend and backend development. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys projects in computer graphics, realtime video, and audio. When he's not coding, you can find him hiking with his dog, rock climbing, or playing pickleball.
