Hatchways is a revolutionary co-working space that boasts a bold and futuristic aesthetic, a best-in-class health-forward cafe, and a meticulously curated and designed physical space. It is the place where people go to get their best work done.
Hatchways partnered with BHW to create a full-service solution that digitally delivers all their goods and services in a frictionless and professional experience for their members and guests. Our solution enables customers to manage their memberships, reserve conference rooms, learn about upcoming events, order food from the café, cater meetings, and much more - all in one place to make it easier than ever for users to curate their ideal co-working experience.
Membership Portal
The Hatchways membership portal is a beautifully designed and entirely on-brand responsive web application. It is a full-service digital accompaniment to all things Hatchways. In this system, members and guests can manage their memberships, order food, reserve conference rooms, chat with the front desk, request supplies, view upcoming events, and so much more. Members can use their single Hatchways account to pay for and fully utilize all aspects of the Hatchways space. Everything is unified and easily accessible through this application.
Conference Room App
Once a Hatchways member reserves a conference room, they are able to utilize the simple, yet powerful, Hatchways conference room app. This iPad app allows guests to extend their meetings, order from the cafe, request support, and manage all other aspects of their meeting. This app automatically associates all actions with the meeting room owner, so there is no need to log in or complete complex checkout workflows. Everything you could possibly need to have your best meeting is just a couple taps away.
Admin Configuration System
Hatchways is a vibrant and evolving company. Their needs for this digital platform can change quickly. As such, BHW designed and developed an extremely robust and highly configurable administrative system. This system allows staff and managers to manage all aspects of the platform. Through this portal, they can adjust membership prices, manage conference room availability, create promotions, configure food availability, view extensive reports, and manage all guest services.
Physical-to-Digital Solution Design
The Hatchways co-working space is immaculately and thoroughly designed. Every single inch, color, and piece of furniture is an intentional and thoughtful part of the Hatchways experience. The web system we built for Hatchways had to mirror this incredible focus and high standard. In addition, the digital systems needed to reflect the branding, utility, energy, and functionality found in the physical space. Our design process, creativity, and execution led to the digital ecosystem becoming a wonderful reflection and extension of the Hatchways physical space.
Integration Selection, Management, & Integration
In order to create a single, all-encompassing digital platform for Hatchways guests, BHW had to carefully review, select, and structure each integration. We had to balance building new software with leaning on industry leading services, while ensuring that the system never felt anything less than 100% cohesive. This system integrates with Toast for food ordering, Stripe for payment processing, On-prem networking equipment for single sign-on, Olark for chat, as well numerous other services to provide printing, conference room security, recurring billing, analytics, and marketing functionality.
