Whenever we begin working with a new client or on a new feature for an existing client, we take the time to fully understand the what, why, and who of any new problem. We seek to understand the immediate needs and goals, as well as longer term potential extensions. This approach is the foundation upon which we refine the direction, definition, and prioritization of new features and ensure our initial efforts can be in service of our client’s larger vision.
