The Mobile Repair Order application is used by field technicians working remotely on vehicles. The system allows technicians to track their time for each task performed, list and invoice replacement parts used, administer inspections, take photos, record customer signatures, and send reports to the customer immediately upon completion. The system has extensive off-line functionality that allows technicians to use the app in any location. The app automatically pushes any new or changed data to the corporate admin system when connectivity is restored.
